A 14-year-old from Berkeley County has been arrested in connection with a shooting incident that occurred on Aug. 2 at the Jacksonville Mall in North Carolina. The shooting left a 19-year-old and two children hospitalized with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The teen, who was wearing a ski mask at the time of the shooting, allegedly approached the victims and opened fire in the mall parking lot. The mall was closed at the time, and no weapons were found on the suspect.
