A national conference titled 'Role of Youth in Security and Development' is scheduled to take place at the Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) in Nagpur on August 2223, 2025. The event aims to provide a platform for students to engage with distinguished armed forces veterans and discuss critical issues related to national security and development. The conference will feature prominent Indian armed forces veterans, including Lt Gen (retd) Vinod Khandare, Lt Gen (retd) Shokin Chauhan, Lt Gen (retd) VK Chaturvedi, and Vice Admiral (retd) Raman Puri.
