Armed Women of America ( is a national nonprofit organization dedicated to enabling women to be their own self-protectors, fostering freedom, peace of mind, and confidence. Founded in 2013 as The Well Armed Woman Shooting Chapters, the organization rebranded in 2021 to its current name.
