EDGE entity CARACAL will display its latest line of UAE-made commercial pistols and rifles at the Abu Dhabi International Hunting and Equestrian Exhibition (ADIHEX 2025). Serving once again as a Weaponry Sponsor, CARACAL describes the exhibition as a platform to engage directly with hunters, sport shooters, and firearm enthusiasts. Complementing the firearms will be CARACAL LIGHT AMMUNITION (CLA), the UAEs only ammunition producer, showcasing its diverse range of small-calibre cartridges. CARACALs stand will feature a wide selection of handguns and long guns. Among the highlights are high-performance 9x19mm pistols and the companys modular 2011 pistol, available in multiple configurations. On the rifle side, CARACAL emphasizes bespoke, one-of-a-kind builds designed to reflect both precision engineering and craftsmanship. The company has framed this years lineup as evidence of continued progress in small arms technology, while also tying design elements to regional heritage. A notable addition comes from Merkel, CARACALs German subsidiary renowned for luxury hunting rifles. Merkel models scheduled for display include the Helix Speedster, Helix Black, Helix Noblesse, K5 single-shot rifle, and Jaeger bolt-action rifle. Anschtz hunting rifles and over-and-under-barreled rifles will also be present, broadening the hunting-focused catalog for ADIHEX visitors. Heritage-themed artistry will be spotlighted through the presentation of three Merkel Helix Deluxe VIP rifles with hand-engraved motifs. Each engraving highlights regional cultural icons: an Arabian horse, the Al Jaheli Fort, and the Dubai Skyline. These showcase pieces are positioned as symbols of how CARACAL and Merkel blend modern firearm production with artistic engravings tied to regional identity. Liwa Arms, another brand under the EDGE umbrella, will contribute with its Chayeh Z20 and Z22 Saktoon rifles. CARACALs 2011 pistol platform will be exhibited in multiple configurations, highlighting adaptability across user preferences. Meanwhile, CLA will present its state-of-the-art ammunition, emphasizing its capacity to design, manufacture, and test customized calibres for a range of applications. CLAs announcement underscored its ability to adapt production for efficiency and specialized orders. CARACALs CEO, Hamad Al Ameri, described ADIHEX 2025 as an opportunity to strengthen connections with sports shooting and hunting communities. He stated that the companys showcase would feature advancements in precision firearms, from pistols to bespoke hunting rifles, alongside locally manufactured ammunition that reflects the UAEs growing capabilities in small arms production. ADIHEX 2025 will take place at the ADNEC Centre in Abu Dhabi from August 30 to September 7. Visitors can view CARACAL and CLA products in Hall 3, Stand 3-010. The company emphasized that its participation highlights both cutting-edge firearm innovation and respect for the UAEs cultural heritage.
