Held from September 21 to 27, the competition attracted over 1,800 competitors from 50 countries, showcasing the growing prominence of Jamaica on the international shooting sports stage. Led by Captain Yeonie Campbell, the 2024 RJRGleaner Sportswoman of the Year for shooting sports, Jamaicas contingent was ready to demonstrate their skills and sportsmanship on the global stage. Captain Campbell has played a pivotal role in the development of shooting sports in Jamaica, and her leadership at the IPSC World Championships marked a significant achievement for the countrys team. Alongside her, Ryan Bramwell, a rising star in competitive shooting, formed the core of the Jamaican delegation.
