COLUMBIA, S.C. South Carolinas USPSA community turned out in force over the weekend for a regional match that tested speed, accuracy, and stage strategy. Competitors from across the Southeast navigated challenging courses of fire, including technical movement stages and long-range pistol shots. The highlight of the event was the standout performance of local shooter Mark Reynolds, who secured the overall win in the Open Division. Reynolds credited his training regimen and familiarity with the matchs unique stage layouts for his success. Its about putting in the work before you get here dry fire, live fire, and knowing how to attack a stage, he said. The match also served as a qualifier for upcoming national events, giving shooters valuable experience under competitive pressure. Organizers praised the volunteer staff and range officers whose efforts kept the event running smoothly and on schedule.
