The multi-day program brought together patrol officers, SWAT operators, and training coordinators for intensive, scenario-based instruction on active threat response. Training modules included rapid deployment in school environments, coordinated building clearing, casualty care under fire, and integration of drone reconnaissance into incident command. The curriculum placed particular emphasis on communication under stress and multi-agency interoperabilitytwo recurring challenges identified in after-action reports from recent real-world incidents. Participants rotated through both live-fire and non-lethal training environments, with instructors stressing decision-making and accountability at every stage.
