NEW HAVEN, Conn. (WTNH) An early morning shooting Saturday in New Haven has left a man in critical condition, police said. Officers responded to reports of gunfire near Howard Avenue around 3:15a.m. and found the victim suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to a trauma center, where he remains under intensive care.
