Point Blank CHL ( is a family-owned firearms training academy located in Wichita Falls, Texas. Founded by Chris and Heather Reitsma, the academy specializes in providing comprehensive firearms education tailored to new shooters. The academy's primary offering is the Texas License to Carry (LTC) class, formerly known as the concealed handgun license (CHL). Point Blank CHL is recognized as the only state-approved online LTC course provider in Wichita Falls, allowing students to complete the classroom portion at their own pace from the comfort of their homes. The online course is compatible with all devices, including smartphones, and is available 24/7. Upon completion of the online course, students register for the in-person range instruction and shooting proficiency portion, which is conducted by Heather Reitsma. Heather provides hands-on guidance to new shooters during the range session, ensuring they are comfortable and confident before completing the shooting qualification.
