GREENVILLE, South Carolina (WSPA) Firearms producer Carolina Arms announced a voluntary recall Thursday for its Defender15 model after receiving 12 reports of firingpin malfunctions that led to unintentional discharges when racked. The recall affects rifles sold between March2024 and June2025. Owners should immediately cease use and contact Carolina Arms for a free replacement part. CEO Rachel Li apologized for the inconvenience, stating, Safety is our top priorityany failure is unacceptable.
