Remington Hosts Fundraiser to Benefit Children’s Hospital
📅
✍️By ZRIntel Editorial Team📍ArkansasRemington Ammunition is hosting its 4th Annual Shoot to Cure sporting clays fundraiser, bringing together the shooting community to support disease research for Arkansas Childrens Hospital. The event will feature professional shooters from Team Remington and raise funds for children's health. It is being hosted at Remington's Gun Club in Arkansas, and last years event raised over $15,000. This year, the event will also showcase the company's Gun Club Cure line of target shotshell ammunition, with a portion of the sales benefiting children's hospitals. This collaboration between Remington and Pheasants Forever aims to promote both conservation efforts and support for children in need. As part of the initiative, participants will compete in a series of fun and challenging shooting events, including sporting clays, trap, and skeet. These competitions are open to shooters of all skill levels, with various levels of participation available. For Remington, the Shoot to Cure fundraiser has become a symbol of their commitment to community engagement and giving back. The shooting sports community has long supported local charities, and Remingtons effort underscores the importance of collaboration between the firearms industry and philanthropic causes. We are proud to be able to host this fundraiser once again, said Remington CEO, Mark Jones. Our company has always been committed to making a positive impact in the community, and our partnership with Arkansas Childrens Hospital is a great example of how we can use our platform to make a difference in the lives of children and families. Were excited for the opportunity to bring together our friends, colleagues, and customers to support this cause, and we hope to surpass our fundraising goal this year. The event is open to the public, and Remington encourages shooters of all backgrounds to participate. Whether youre a seasoned competitive shooter or a novice looking to try your hand at clay target sports, this fundraiser provides a welcoming atmosphere for everyone. Remingtons Gun Club will offer a range of shooting stations for all skill levels, and event attendees will have the chance to meet professional shooters, learn about the latest in shooting sports technology, and enjoy a day of friendly competition. Alongside the sporting clays event, there will be a silent auction featuring exclusive Remington memorabilia, firearms accessories, and other items donated by event sponsors. All proceeds from the auction will also go toward funding childrens health programs at Arkansas Childrens Hospital. Remington has partnered with several local businesses and manufacturers in the shooting industry to provide additional support and sponsorship for the event, ensuring that it will be a fun, memorable day for all involved. The generosity of our sponsors and participants is what makes this event so special, said event coordinator, Sarah Thompson. We are incredibly grateful for the shooting communitys support, and were looking forward to another year of successful fundraising and community involvement. With the success of past fundraisers, Remington hopes to make this years event the largest yet. In addition to raising funds for childrens health, the Shoot to Cure fundraiser also serves as a reminder of the shooting sports communitys dedication to charitable giving. As the event continues to grow, it is expected to have a broader impact on both local and national levels, with more people becoming involved in supporting vital causes.
