EAGLEVILLE, Pa. Streamlight has introduced the TLR-7X, a compact weapon-mounted light designed for subcompact and compact pistols. The light outputs 500 lumens with a 1.5-hour runtime and features dual-fuel capability, running on a single CR123A battery or a proprietary rechargeable cell. The TLR-7X retains the ambidextrous rear switch of its predecessor and includes customizable high or low switch configurations. The light is IPX7 waterproof and designed to fit a wide range of holsters supporting the original TLR-7. Streamlight is marketing the 7X to concealed carriers and plainclothes officers seeking a lightweight but powerful light in a minimal footprint.
