The intensive five-day program emphasizes modern carbine handling techniques, low-light operations, CQB scenarios, and force-on-force decision makingall tailored to current threats facing patrol and tactical units. The coursework is led by nationally recognized instructors with military special operations and major metro SWAT backgrounds. Participants engage in live-fire evolutions with agency-issued AR-15 platforms and integrated optics, focusing on real-world drills and high accountability standards. Special sessions address recent trends in urban assaults, weapon retention, and the use of suppressors in law enforcement settings. Vendors from leading gear manufacturers, including SureFire and Magpul, provided on-site demo equipment for evaluation. Graduates of the course will return to their home agencies as certified carbine instructors, responsible for cascading up-to-date methodologies throughout their departments.
