Kevin Bernard

is a 31-year law enforcement veteran with 23 years assigned to SWAT and instructor certifications in every discipline his department offers, including TECC. Over the course of his career he has trained more than 2,500 students and supported roughly 400 tactical operations. He currently serves as Training Coordinator for the Chester County Department of Emergency Services in West Chester, Pennsylvania, where he schedules use of the Chester County Public Safety Training Campus and leads Use of Force instruction. He previously served 27 years with Caln Township, retiring as a Patrol Supervisor after assignments as a Tactical Officer, Use of Force Instructor, and CPR and First Aid Instructor. He is the founder of SAM3 Protective Solutions LLC, delivering personal protection and firearms training to civilians and law enforcement, and is based in Coatesville, Pennsylvania.
