An IBM-certified data analyst and performance coach, he specializes in the application of behavioral analytics, sensemaking frameworks, and transactional analysis to training design and organizational performance. Is a technical security specialist and the President of the Asociación de Hapkido (Costa Rica). A 4th Dan Hapkido instructor and certified Crime Prevention Officer (CPO), he serves as an instructor of defensive tactics for the Police Migration Course at UNED. His work integrates field methodology with criminal geomatics to enhance public-safety training.
